We offer free return for UK & HK based customers. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the order, you can request to return in the customer account. We'll offer you a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. For the rest of the world, a return fee may apply.

We offer a 2-year warranty that covers your favourite jewellery free of charge. After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee, so you can wear your jewellery with enduring shines.

Replating

If you notice your jewellery fading the shine, we can re-plate it with 18K gold.

Repairing

Where possible, we'll repair your piece and restore it to the original state. If it's not fixable and you're still within the warranty period, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

This piece should be stored in a cool, dry place and avoid soap or shower gels to maintain the shine.
